    For the salad:
-1 lb mixture of root vegetables such as beets, rutabagas, turnips, carrots and parsnips.
    - 8 oz kale
    - 1 Tbsp olive oil

    -1/4 cup olive oil
    - 1 lemon
    - 1 Tbsp honey
    - 1 Tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos or tamari saouce
    - 3 Tbsp sunflower seeds
